We provide bespoke services tailored to the needs of each client. Once we have an understanding of the issues and complexities of your individual matter, we will provide you with a personalized quote.

Our general practice is to charge professional fees on a fixed fee* basis for each immigration instruction received. 

 The professional fees is the amount that we will charge for the legal work that we will undertake on your case. 

The scope of work covered under fixed fees includes: taking instructions, advising on the relevant law and procedure and on the course of action, perusing documents, preparing and filing application, liaising with the Home Office and post decision advice.

In complex matters, where the scope of work is not clear at the outset, we accept instructions on hourly rates. The hourly rate for Principal Solicitor is £400.

We will generally complete each stage of your application within two to five working days of receiving all the required supporting documents /information from you. In complex matters**, the timeframes could exceed these ranges. 

Our fee for one off consultation is £250.

Sponsor Licence applications 

Our fixed fees for sponsor licence applications generally range  between £2500 – £6000  plus VAT**** and disbursements***, depending upon the facts of individual matter. 

Home Office processing times are variable and we cannot guarantee them. The current processing time for a sponsor licence application is 12 weeks. 

Applications for entry clearance / permission to stay under the Global Talent Visa 

Our fixed fees for individual Global Talent Visa range from £3000 to £6000 plus VAT**** and disbursements***.

Global Talent visa application may comprise of two stages depending on individual circumstances of the case. The first stage is endorsement stage, where an application is made to the endorsing body, and the second stage is entry clearance/permission to stay stage (where you apply for a visa to enter/ permission to stay in the UK).

Applications for entry clearance / permission to stay as Innovator Founder Visa 

This route replaced the Innovator and Start up routes. 

Our fixed fees for individual Innovator Founder visa application range from £3500 to £6000 plus VAT**** and disbursements***.

Innovator Founder visa application comprise of two stages: the first is endorsement stage, where an application is made to have your business idea assessed by the endorsing body, and the second is entry clearance/permission to stay stage, where you apply for a visa to enter/ permission to stay in the UK.

Applications for entry clearance / permission to stay as a Scale-up Worker 

Our fixed fees for individual Scale-up Worker visa application range from £1550 to £2550 plus VAT**** and disbursements***.

An initial application for Scale-up Worker visa application comprises of two stages: the first is sponsorship stage, where a prospective UK based employer issues you a Certificate of Sponsorship and the second is entry clearance  stage where you apply for a visa to enter UK. The extension stage is unsponsored and therefore involves one stage – submission of application.

Application for permission to stay as Investor – Closed category

Application under the Global Business Mobility – Senior or Specialist Worker visa application comprises of two stages: the sponsorship stage, where your UK based Sponsor issues you a Certificate of Sponsorship and the entry clearance/permission to stay stage (where you apply for a visa to enter/ permission to stay in the UK).

Application for entry clearance as Adult Dependent Relative 

Our fixed fees for individual application generally range  between £3000 – £5000 plus VAT**** and disbursements***, depending upon the facts of individual matter and complexities involved and urgency of the matter. 

Home Office processing times are variable and we cannot guarantee them. The current processing time for an entry clearance application is 12 weeks. 

Settlement / Indefinite Leave to Remain 

Our fixed fees for individual settlement application range from £1550 to £5000 plus VAT**** and disbursements***.

We cannot guarantee the Home Office processing time. Generally, the current processing time is six months.

British citizenship 

Our fixed fees for individual British citizenship application range from £1550 to £3000 plus VAT**** and disbursements***.

We cannot guarantee the Home Office processing time. Generally, the current processing time is six months.

Appeals

Our fixed fee for managing the appeal process to the First Tier Tribunal range from £3500 to £10000 plus VAT**** and disbursements***.

Generally, the timeline for appeal process can be more than 12 months.

Administrative Review 

Our fixed fees for Administrative Review range from £2000 to £4000 plus disbursements***. 

We cannot guarantee the Home Office processing time. 

Generally, the processing time for administrative review is 12 months.

*A fixed fee is an agreed fee, which will not increase or decrease and is not dependant on the application being successful. In the event you withdraw your instructions prior to the application being submitted, the fixed fee will remain payable in full.

**Complex matters include where there is a prior immigration history, personal and financial circumstances, anything untoward about your character, delays in obtaining  information, inaccurate information provided and urgency. This list is not exhaustive.

***Disbursements are costs related to your matter payable directly to third parties.

The main disbursements include:

• Home Office fees –For visa fee click here ,
• Immigration Health Surcharge, if applicable – Click here for information on how much you have to pay ,
• Optional premium service fees for fast processing of applications – Click here for further information and fees payable, and
• Other ancillary disbursements such as Ecctis fees, biometric enrolment, translations, courier and postage charges, etc.
• In appeals, there will be Tribunal fee, expert counsel’s fee and other ancillary disbursements.
• In administrative review, there will be administrative review fee payable to Home Office and counsel fee (if applicable), and other ancillary disbursements.

****Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices quoted exclude VAT. VAT is charged at 20% and is generally payable on professional fee and on most disbursements. VAT is not payable on fees payable to Home Office and our professional fee as we are not VAT registered. There may be other situations in which VAT is not payable. We can provide guidance on this.
